Drop Ship Wholesale Eco-Favors Program – 2009-2010
Welcome. We are delighted of offer this selection of favors
are available for the drop ship program. We will update
with new selections as they become available. Prices are
good until June 2010. Please contact us with any questions
or concerns.

Orders are subject to additional shipping charges at the
time of shipping if the actual shipping cost exceeds the
published prices.

Payment is
due when order is placed by visa or mastercard. Money orders
and checks (Tree Beginnings Inc., )take an additional 2 weeks
for delivery. Credit cards are processed in the office NOT
online . We are able to make any adjustments for our drop ship
program and email your order confirmation the next day. Note:
Office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cancellation Fee:
No refunds
on personalized or perishable products. Please read our polices
page for details.

Minimum order Total :
$40.00 – product minimums are indicated on each order page
Returns:
No returns on custom or perishable favors. Please check
merchandise carefully upon receipt,, report any
deficiencies to our office immediately to avoid additional
charges. Customer is responsible for any misspelled names or
addresses. We cannot be responsible for problems reported more
than 5 days after receipt of favors.

Information:
When you order online there is an additional information area.
Please use this for any pertinent issues. ie if your credit card
is on file you need to pick “check” as the method of payment and
indicate this in the additional information area.
Delivery, Shipping:

Orders are
subject to additional shipping charges at the time of shipping
if the actual UPS shipping cost exceeds the published prices.

$2.50 handling
charge on all drop-ship orders.

UPS Delivery

Drop ship
program requires a packing slip for your customer, please fax or
email asap when the order is placed the favor order.

Tree-Tube
arrive in 2 shipments.
First the imprinted paper wraps , ribbon and tubes. Second the
seedlings arrive 7-10 prior to the wedding date. Seedlings need
to be stored in a refrigerator prior to assembly, no more than 3
days before the wedding date. All shipping costs are incurred
by the customer. In the summer months these trees require extra
care in storage due to the summer heat prior to shipping. They
are also shipped express to avoid degradation of the stock. For
this reason summer seedlings are $.50 extra in cost. ( assembly
required)

Seed favors ship not earlier than 3 months
prior to the wedding date. We are always packing fresh seed and
wish to make sure the customers are ensured the best germination
possible. Seed packets need to be stored in the refrigerator
prior to assembly , no more than 2 weeks before the wedding date
if stored in a cool, dry place.

fill the order for you.

Tree Tube seedlings samples: $3.69 each ( oatmeal and
green ribbon included)

Seed Favors samples $1.95 each. ( for all 15
styles/colors with different seed species $20.00)

You are welcome to carry our product on your website. Any
product pictures on our website are available to you. You need
to be registered with the state and be legally able to re-sell
goods in the wedding market. Tree Beginnings products will be
delivered in the best condition, customers need to adhere to the
instructions for seed storage, product assembly and
presentation. We cannot be responsible for the seed and
seedlings during the time they are in your customers care.

The favors cannot be sold at a cost less than those represented
on our website:

filling your orders immediately.

Dealing with perishable products is always a challenge. After 16
